Courses
Classical Piano Courses
This course is suitable for age 5 & above with/without music background. We have carefully designed a system that will enable the pupil to enjoy and excel in playing masterpieces by Mozart, Beethoven and others. With a team of dedicated and experienced teachers to guide and instil the love in classical music that will eventually lead the pupil to sit for the Associated Board of Royal School of Music (London) examinations/ Trinity Guildhall Examinations/ London College of Music Examinations.
Contents:
. To understand the mechanisms of the piano;
.Sound technique which includes fingerwork, wrist rotation, forearm attack, arm-weight & etc. Playing such exercises by hanon, Czerny etc;
.To develop the abilities to sight-read music in a faster and efficient method;
.Selection of appropriate classical pieces to suit individually;
.To develop a keen ear in music through aural skills. E.g. clapping rhythmically, pitching, solfege, melody dictation, improvising etc;
.To learn music theory in a fun and stimulating way;
.Performance practice. Students to perform for one another in class/masterclass. Listen to good recording artiste, watching DVD of great pianists Yearly piano recital for pupils in public auditoriums to develop confidence and poise.
Classical Violin Courses
This course is suitable for age 4 & above with/without music background. Individual and group classes are available. Traditional and Suzuki methods will be incorporated in our teaching. Optional exams leading pupil to sit for the Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music (London) Examinations/ Trinity Guildhall Examinations/ London College of Music Examinations.

.Sight-read music in different keys, styles and tempi;
.Singing and Solfege;
.Fun and games in music;
.Ensemble playing;
.Listen, imitating and improvising;
.Scales and arpeggios;
.Repertoire by famous composers such as Beethoven, Tartini, Bach, Wolfhart, etc;
